“Would you give a guy that is uncircumcised a hand job the same as a guy that is circumcised?”
Circumcision is a fairly standard practice here in the U.S for a variety of reasons. The practice is actually so common that many people never come into contact with a partner who has an intact foreskin. That being said, the foreskin can be a HUGE source of pleasure because of the enormous amount of nerve endings found there*.
The good news is that your hand job technique need not change much with an uncircumcised partner. As a matter of fact, the foreskin can actually AID you during hand jobs because the foreskin is almost like a built in masturbation sleeve! Begin by placing lube on the outside of the foreskin and also inside (on the head of the penis), then gently use your hand to manipulate the foreskin over and around the head of the penis either in an up and down motion or in a twisting “door knob” motion. See how your partner reacts and adjust the speed and pressure accordingly. Of course, if you (or your partner) would prefer to give a hand job with the foreskin out of the way, you can gently roll it down and proceed as you would with a circumcised partner (just use a bit of a gentler touch as you go over the rolled down foreskin). And, as always, check in with your partner to see what they like – the person who is attached to the penis in question will likely be an authority on what feels best! 😉

*It is believed that there are as many as 20,000 nerve endings in the foreskin (as opposed to the approximately 4,500 nerve endings in the head of the penis) but there has not been any concrete research to confirm that number.
