“I have a small penis. Is there any way to grow or expand it?”
We get this question quite frequently and the short answer to it is, no. Without surgery (which we absolutely do not recommend) there is no way to lengthen the penis. There are a lot, and we do mean A LOT of devices and medications on the market that say they will give you a bigger, better, longer penis and, quite frankly, none of them work.*The reason? Your penis is made of erectile tissue, not muscle. The body can’t bulk up or increase tissue like it can with muscle. So, while a penis pump make your penis appear longer or fuller, the effect will wear off quickly (within 30 seconds to a minute) because the stretching and swelling dissipates.
You also asked about expanding. You may have better luck in that area. As we mentioned before, your penis is made of erectile tissue. When that tissue becomes engorged with blood, it expands – thus an erection. If you increase the blood flow to the penis, you can increase your girth ever so slightly for a short period of time.** A great way to do this is with a cock ring. The ring fits snugly at the base of the penis and constricts blood flow out of the erection but allows blood flow to continue in. Some men report increases in girth (a few millimeters) while wearing a cock ring vs. without it. So go ahead and give that a try. Cock rings can also help maintain an erection and delay ejaculation.
Now, backing up to your initial statement, size is relative. A lot of guys compare their penis size to the guys in porn films. Those guys were hired BECAUSE of the size of their penis and, in many cases, have had surgery to appear that way. The average size penis (ie. not humongous porn penis) is 5.6” – many guys are below that measurement and that is fine. Some guys are above that measurement and that’s fine too. So stop worrying so much about the size of your penis and focus your energy more on learning how to use what you have to pleasure yourself and your partner. You’ll be a lot happier in the long run.

*We have not tried every pill on the market (nor do we plan to). Maybe there is one out there somewhere that works but we doubt it. And we really don’t suggest that someone go try all of them to test that theory. Seriously, just … don’t.
** If you have high blood pressure or any heart issues, please talk to your doctor before using anything to increase or trap blood flow (including, but not limited to, herbal supplements and cock rings.)
