Lately it seems that we have become obsessed with apps and tools that monitor our health. We’ve got FitBits, Mios, iWatches, Wellographs, devices that
reprogram your brain zap your head with electrical impulses, and even the Swarovski Shine which is a fancy bedazzled bracelet that tracks your activity and sleep patterns (cause, you know, FitBits clash with heels). Even my phone can track my heart rate and as of last year, there were well over 100,000 health apps available on the Android and iPhone marketplace.
